Rain makes everything beautiful!

A single droplet of rain,
trickles freely down my windowpane,
stopping for a few frozen seconds,
as if mapping out its next move.
It leaves a little wet trail behind,
like the jet stream of a plane.
There I lay transfixed by the simple,
beauty of it all,
the luxury of warmth and shelter,
enables me to enjoy natures beauty.

Next time it rains, I challenge you to stop and have a closer look…it’s fascinating especially the way the rain reacts once it hits the windowpane.
