Coffee Break”

Day 49 of 366 Day Project

“Magic is everywhere, explore & be amazed everyday!”

“Love is in the air…I can smell my coffee brewing.”

I think it’s interesting that a lot of people, who like coffee, maybe most, don’t even like the taste of coffee! They cover it with milk and sugar and sometimes the coffee is just a flavoring in a drink that’s mostly hot milk. My favourite is coconut milk or almond milk Cappuccino or Chai Tea, no sugar. My local hangout is Little Miss Saine, which is on the way to Point Cartwright, tucked away in a humble little nook. It has amazing food and relaxed beach vibe atmosphere…check it out if you haven’t already.

The Cappuccino is a traditional Italian drink, and well known for its frothy top dusted in delicious chocolate powder. However what defines this drink is a little more than just the froth. The basic anatomy of a Cappuccino can be broken down into three parts, the espresso, milk and foam.

A mediocre cup of coffee just doesn’t cut it anymore and Sunshine Coast baristas know they have some heavy competition when it comes to keeping their customers happy.

Some of the best coffee spots on the Sunshine Coast lie hidden in the most unlikely of places, so you need to know where to go if you’re serious about your caffeine hit.

If you’re after a quality brew, friendly atmosphere and tasty treats, drop in and say hi to these local grind gurus and get some travel tips for your visit to the coast while you’re at it.
